At the unfortunate age of ten, Amber found her "family" just "not interested in her any longer." I found it hard to keep my humor after hearing that.

In spite of her age, wonderful Amber won the hearts of everyone from her foster family to the new mother in her life. This special lady from Virginia is recovering from a broken hip. We believe she and Amber can help each other. There is already a powerful bond between them -- and lots of back-up care for both sweet ladies, canine and human.
