Revised July 22, 1997

Bailey was one of two tiny puppies dumped at a Washington, D.C. animal shelter. The shelter contacted us to see if we could help place him. We ran an emergency plea on his behalf, and it was seen by a terrific lady from Takoma Park, Maryland. She adopted him rather quickly. It couldn't have been soon enough for this poor little guy. He had been languishing at the shelter for quite awhile after his sister was adopted.

Bailey now lives a happy life with his "mother" and his Cocker brother, Remy. He loves to play. One of the nicest things to come out of our contact with Bailey's mom is that she has become a foster mother for other needy Cockers. Now Bailey gets to break in the new kids on his block as they move on to permanent homes. What a great family.
