Bailey, formerly Bart, has finally found a special home with wonderful people from Pennsylvania, after landing in a shelter in West Virginia. We never could understand how this teddy bear came to be a stray. He is such a sweetheart. He now has two doting parents and a dog buddy as well. He is being treated like a little prince. We knew he was that all along.
