Most of our readers are no strangers to Randall's sad story. He has had two homes that we know about. The first was abusive. He was tormented by a toddler and beaten by her father. He was sentenced to death when we stepped in. He was subsequently adopted by what we thought was a loving couple, but we quickly found out that they were not as clear on their own needs and situation as they thought they were. Once they had a baby, Randall was out on his proverbial ear. He was evidently too much trouble for them. When we took him into foster care, it was apparent that he had been neglected.

We were determined that Randall would find a perfect home at last. He proved to be such a wonderful, loving, obedient boy. It made no sense that not one, but two families could not love him back as he deserved.

It took some time, but we finally found the right home for Randall. We were fortunate to have a contact in Ohio who did the house check for us, and now Randall lives happily in Cincinnati, with a couple who believe he is an absolute joy. These special people even delivered an older female Cocker from an Ohio pound to us on the day they adopted Randall. She had run out of time. We know Randall is at home at last. He loves all people, including children. What a special, forgiving boy.
