Many people often write or call to say how much they want to support CSAC, but they cannot take a dog or another dog or dogs into their homes. We have come up with a wonderful alternative: Virtual Adoption or Special Needs Sponsorship!

The dogs listed below are most in need of special care. Each has specific problems or issues that make them by many standards "unadoptable." CSAC desperately needs donations to help pay the bills for the care these dogs have needed/still need/are going to need. All contributions will be used only for the dogs. Please look at their precious faces, click on their pictures to read their stories, and find out why they need you. If we are going to save more animals like them, your sponsorships or virtual adoptions are critical.

Each person who donates will be listed on his/her dog's sponsor page under our Special Cocker Award -- a picture of a tough little American Cocker Spaniel made of real stone. You are welcome to sponsor or "adopt" more than one dog.
